ISG Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification


Invicta Solutions Group, LLC (ISG) is proud to announce our achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification. ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard. This standard and certification was selected specifically to validate Invicta Solution Group’s ability to exceed the quality expectations and requirements of our customers.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.

The road to certification requires both time and dedication. After a year of significant growth, and in consultation with Randal Wimmer of the Government Contracting Academy, ISG identified the need to mature corporate policies, procedures, and tools to ensure scalable and repeatable high-quality services. ISG selected the ISO 9001:2015 certification as the backbone against which to drive continual improvement specifically for the ISO focus on quality and the global recognition of this standard.

Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that ISG customers receive consistent, high-quality services, which in turn brings many business benefits. Our goals when embarking on certification were simple:

  • Organic, repeatable, and secure internal process execution
  • Creation of a platform for consistency during expansion
  • Improved client delivery services and customer satisfaction

We created a Quality Policy that recognizes the significant role our employees play in the quality of all ISG services. This policy, along with existing corporate values, provided the foundation for our 2021 Quality Initiative. Including all aspects of Service Delivery, Business Enablement, Infrastructure, Human Resources and Training, Finance and Accounting, and Business Growth, the ISO 9001:2015 certification proves that ISG has a clear, actionable, and thorough approach to the vital components of a successful Mission-First organization and is well-positioned for the next round of growth and customer support.
